Went in yesterday lovely friendly staff got the most amazing bunch of fllowers for my sister in laws funeral everybody said how lovely they were .i would never go anywhere else great friendly service and good prices.

Following my recent post. I have been in contact with the store, and they dealt with the situation very well. They lady was very nice in the phone and I appreciate that. I would use these again despite my recent issue, accidents happen and I would happily recommend to anyone.

I live in Plymouth and can't rate this shop enough .Twice I have rang up to order some balloons to be delivered to hospital for my sister with special needs who was recovering from an operation .On both occasions they were delivered within an hour and on the second because my mum wasn't there a lovely lady took the time to read the card to my sister and explained who they were from.Today I rang to order flowers for my mum and once again the service was superb and the flowers !! Thankyou again ! (You don't get this sevice in Plymouth)
