Andover Station is a good station. The car parking is great with ring go aswell. Train was on time. Social distancing measures good to. Recommend going for a trip into London.

Good service. Operator took my number and kept me up to date with who was picking me up and what car. Brilliant

Helpful ticket office, friendly outside kiosk. Rude local taxi firm so rang a&b cars for a really good service

Quite a nice peaceful station in the middle of the day. The vegetation in-between the platforms is a nice touch.

pretty basic station ,coffee shop and you can get a paper it is what it is .the local taxi company is a disgrace when you ask them for help .the railway staff are friendly and helpfull its under cover so you wont get wet if it rains and it does what it says on the tin.

very good station and not busy

Needs to be updated as in seating on the platforms and should build a little bridge to cross over.

Good journey to London but the staff seem unfriendly and the car park situation could be better.
