My little one has been in the structured preschool class since she was two and has loved every session. She looks forward to it every week and is always so excited to see Jenna sometimes a little too focused on the lovely Jenna - we’ve had to talk about ‘sharing’ her with the class. They’re great sessions building up different skills based around a fun theme. Jenna does a great job modifying to make things easier or more challenging. It’s been great to see my daughter progress over nearly two years. My six year old is in the recreational class and loves it. It’s one of the only activities that she tried and stayed enthusiastic about. In all, it’s a great asset to Andover and we are happy to be part.
UPDATE 17/09/2022 Still a great gymnastics venue. Great coaches, producing some of the best gymnasts in the world! UPDATE 23/04/2022: Still the best place in Andover for your little ones to keep fit and learn a little gymnastics. We travel here 5 times per week from Somerset as my son trains here as an elite gymnast. The place is one of the best in the country, backed up by professional coaches, some of whom are former world champions in Tumbling.
Absolutely love Andover Gymnastics Club! My daughter is under 2, and we have been attending the structured gymnastics class since we moved to the area. The classes are well thought-out, inclusive for those that might not quite grasp all the concepts of Gymnastics or have perfect coordination, and really good fun! Jenna is amazing with my daughter, providing her lots of encouragement, and support. The other staff I have met at the club are very friendly, and the equipment, changing rooms and other facilities are spotless. I couldn't recommend the classes more - my daughter and I look forward to it every week!
My Daughter always looks forward to her gymnastics classes, she asks me most days if it's gymnastics today. She started attending the class as one of the youngest members in the group and Jenna has always been so so wonderful with her, even though she was one of the youngest in the class when she first started everything was always suitable for the stage she was at, it's amazing to see the progress she has made. Jenna is a fantastic teacher who always makes the lesson fun and my daughter absolutely loves her! It has been nothing but a positive experience! Would highly recommend for children of all ages, it's my daughters favourite day of the week !! Thank you Jenna for your patience, enthusiasm and love for what you do!
My daughter has been attending the pre school gymnastics class for a year now and absolutely loves it! We love our Monday mornings going to gym. Jenna is brilliant with the children and always friendly with the adults too. I am always super impressed that Jenna manages to link the gymnastics to different themes each week which makes the classes exciting and different for the children. As soon as my youngest is walking we will be requesting a place for her to join in too.
I searched for local classes that would keep my active child engaged and we haven’t looked back since joining the preschool structured classes. My son can be quite loud and excited in class but Jenna has a way of talking him through and keeping him in the zone with firm kindness, which has been brilliant for him. I’ve noticed improvement in his concentration and love that I am encouraged to take a role in the classes to enjoy that time with him. The club has a brilliant balance between professionalism and fun, which clearly shows in the standards of their older gymnasts. I’d recommend the classes to parents looking to introduce their children to structured learning with a huge emphasis on enjoyment - the kids run to Jenna for the final sing-a-long or show and tell at the end of class every week - proof of how much they enjoy her as an instructor.
Andover Gymnastics Club has been part of both of my children’s lives from a very young age, and through various stages of their progression. The children enjoy all of the sessions they attend and always come out with smiles on their faces. The staff are caring and professional. Jenna is friendly and supportive towards both of my children and shows a real care for their wellbeing and enjoyment in the clubs. I have regularly recommended the club to friends.
The preschool classes run by Jenna are amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any parent. Jenna's enthusiasm for gymnastics culminated with her natural talent and enjoyment of these 'little people' makes a perfect setting to have lots of fun and learn too. We enjoyed both pre-pandemic structured classes and post-pandemic classes which I have to say we're simply fantastic: encouraging both kids and their grownups! We now take part in after school sessions.
I have been bringing my twins to Jenna’s pre-school structured gym class since they were almost 2 yrs old now 3 1/2. Jenna has always been patient and kind, even if they don’t follow every instruction! I think she is professional, takes pride in her teaching and sets out imaginative and fun activities. My children LOVE going to gym every week. We will definitely be continuing once they start school and I’m going to get my younger daughter started asap. I think Andover gym club is an asset to the area!
My daughter has been attending Andover Gym club for 3 years and looks forward to going every week. She always comes out smiling and can tell me what she's been doing during the session. She has earned lots of badges for both the trampoline and gymnastics. The coaches are lovely, friendly and know every child by name. They always have a smile on their faces and welcome everyone individually. The coaches have Gold and silver medalists amongst their students, so they must be doing an amazing job!
