Some staff members show compassion, immense professionalism and endearing kindness. Unfortunately, it is let down by a minority of complete maniacs on the payroll. The NHS employees any old fool these days out of desperation. Hence 1 star.

I just had my 20 week scan and the ultrasound technician was amazing. She took the time to explain everything to us, we didn’t feel rushed and I felt like she was as genuinely interested in our growing family. A lovely memory for my husband and I to cherish.

They’re unable to communicate effectively with Charlton Hill surgery or Winchester Hospital which has led to much confusion over the course of my pregnancy. Avoid if you can.

Bit upset after being told off for getting lost and then a bit late. Buildings and dead ends everywhere!
