Andorra Travel Service have been great throughout our booking and leading up to our holiday they advised and answered all our questions quickly. On our arrival the arinsal /pal area had unfortunately shut due to lack of snow. This was completely out of their control but they kept us informed of alternative arrangements and were present at the ordino/arcalis area where we were bused to, to ski to help customers out and answer queries etc. Would highly recommend. Thanks

I used Andorra Travel Service to book equipment, lift passes and lessons. Jackie was exceptionally helpful and was able to sort out some complicated issues for our group of 12 as we were arriving on dates outside the norm. I would highly recommend them.

Recently used ATS for a private transfer from Toulouse airport, and a shuttle bus return two weeks later. Excellent personal service from Jackie and very quick replies to queries. Would happily recommend them to anyone. The car and shuttle were provided by AndBus, and were perfect, clean and on time

In more years of travelling than I'm prepared to admit to on a public forum I've never come across a better travel agency than this one. If you're looking for a winter holiday, firstly pick Andorra, cos you won't get better snow anywhere for the cost, and secondly, use Andorra Travel Service. They're so helpful from the start and when plans change BA kept cancelling flights, they made everything so easy. The prices they offer are better than anywhere else too. They're perfect, and a special shout out to Jackie, who  responds to every message so quickly that she must never take a day off. I can't wait to go back to Andorra 5 months and counting and every time we go back, we'll use Andorra Travel Service. Thank you for being so good at what you do

I can only highly recommend this service from start to finish of trip and beyond.  They were extremely helpful throughout tailoring our group package to our specific needs.  All our ski passes, lunch vouchers etc were awaiting us in our hotel on arrival.  Any queries we had were dealt with straight away and they were always on hand prior to and during trip for advice.  We had a medical emergency whilst on holiday and they were extremely helpful throughout and even followed up with us after the trip.  Would definitely recommend and will be using them for our trip again next year.

Everyone at Andorra Travel Service throughout our whole holiday process was excellent. From initial basic information, being the cheapest way to book, booking accomodation, lift passes and ski hire online all through the website, slight adjustment of our trip and right through to arriving in resort, everyone at ATS could not have done more to help or be more knowledgeable about all things holiday related in Andorra specifically Soldeu. They made the whole process very easy and I would not hesitate to both use them again and recommend them. Thank you for helping arrange a great trip!
