Service was too slow, food took almost 50min to arrive. Didn’t bring water even after asking 2 times, coffee got cold because the food took too long to arrive. The Crepe was delicious but the service is VERY bad.Recommended dishesFull Breakfast Galette
Very disappointed with the take out sandwich I got. Turkey was tough and watery. Thrown together. Very sparing on the caramelised red onion. Not wort money paid at all
Lovely place for breakfast. Happy that they're opening in early morning hours, there are several toasts, crepes and omelettes. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans too. Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian or vegan friendly options.
Brought our 3 grandchildren for pancakes. We were all so disappointed, pancakes were doughy and soft. Nutella was not like nutella, ice cream was watery I ordered pancakexwith strawberries and maple syrup Strawberries were soft, syrup tasted more like golden sypup, the children had a pain after eating. Furthermore the ladies toilet was out of order. We had to use the gents toilet , the cold water tap was not working, the floor was wet. Overall it was a bad experience we were very disappointed. I did pass my concerns on to waitress I have eaten there several times before covid but this time it was a bad experience we won't be back Kid-friendliness: Waitress very nice to my 3 grandchildren but I won't be going again
They’ve changed the batter for the galettes : unfortunately not as nice - still do a nice coffee etc though. Edit: galette recipe has changed due to buckwheat flour being unavailable—— not your fault of course… but hope you bring the old recipe back when it’s available! Miles nicer.
Service is great, orange juice is lovely and fresh. The crepes are well made. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend.
I used to visit Andersons regularly a few years ago and loved it, however, I recently returned and it was so disappointing : I ordered a Croque Madam. €11.95 for just one slice of bread with a slice of ham and burnt melted cheese - no sign of any Bechamel sauce. Atmosphere however is lovely, and if they could get back to the standard they were at before its well worth a brunch visit.
Great coffee & dessert. Also, great location, staff & atmosphere. Fully recommend if you're in the area
Really nice hidden gem of a cafe. Highly recommend, the front is deceiving, you enter into a large sit down cafe, with a large cakes counter, and menu with hot and cold food. They specialise in savoury crepes, which is a must if you're popping in for a visit. Great selection! The portions of meat on the Galettes is very impressive!
Had breakfast there and it was excellent. Returned at lunchtime and had pancakes. Will definitely give this place a call whenever I am in the area. Staff friendly and helpful.
