We were a party of 6, ordered quickly as we were hungry! Bread and dips came with drinks. Food was great, reasonably priced too. Nice and welcoming. Will be back!Food: 5/5
Enjoyed a lovely celebration meal for 15 of us, including kids and adults. The staff were very helpful in the booking process and understanding the menu and what to order for a large group. Food was delicious and plenty to go around. Would definitely recommend, and will be back again soon!
Yesterday the Anatolian team supported our local community by providing the venue for a Charity Dinner that helped us raise funds for our local Sea Scout Troop. 48 people attended raising not an insignificant amount of money. The meal was fantastic and plentiful. The team really helped make it a success and I thank them for their hard work and hospitality. We have eaten at the Anatolian several times now and never been disappointed with the food or the service. Vegetarian options: I’m told that the Vegetarian Moussaka was excellent Kid-friendliness: As the dinner was Scout related we had a few youngsters with us. They loved the night which I think was helped along by ice cream desserts. Dietary restrictions: There were a few people in attendance that had specific allergies and the restaurant handled that extremely well.

We have been to this restaurant three times now and each time its been a hit. The three visits have been family meals of 7/8 people. The food was great for a group , we had one of the sharing platters plus extra doner. The service was great, very friendly and polite. Drink selection is a bit limited, it would be great to have a beer on tap but thats the only thing i can suggest to improve. We had a terrific night out , lovely food, good service, we will be back.
Ordered online and waited 1H30 for delivery. Finally when I open my order I realise they forgot my chips and now they fill up the plate with rice so they can put less meat. I call straight away to get the chips re-deliver.... 2 hours later I'm still waiting. Overall you get less meat and the quality is horrible. I will not come back and will take this with my bank to get a refund.
Best Turkish cuisine in Essex by far. Amazing service, friendly staff and most of all amazing food honestly can’t fault anything in this place, also very beautifully refurbished recently.
Great food, excellent service and reasonable
Sadly we won't be ordering from here again as the prices have gone up drastically. I completely understand everything has gone up but not only has the price per meal increased, but we're now being charged an extra £1.50 for chips on top, whereas last week they were part of the meal. Our order has gone up by £11 for exactly the same thing we had last week. Our local Indian has only gone up by £1 for our total order so that will have to be our take away of choice now as this place is no longer a takeaway we can afford to treat ourselves to. Shame as the food is lovely, but an £11 increase on just 3 meals just isn't justifiable!
