Rubbish service every time I speak to a receptionist at amwell drs!! im pregnant 13 weeks and they haven't bothered to contact me or tell me anything about antennal appointments. its my 1st pregnancy and I do not know what I am supposed to do! when you ring the surgery they don't have a clue either! I was on the phone 20 mins and nothing has been resolved! IF YOUR PREGNANT CHANGE YOUR DRS!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service doctors give out one bit of infomation and then reception say something completely different

They have been my GP for years. Always very professional and friendly! But make sure you call up or go in at 8am and ask for an emergency appointment if you have a problem that's stopping you from working. Because they're good, they're in demand. Which is why you may not be prioritised if you have a minor complaint.

If your going to be ill you'll need to make an apointment 2 weeks in advance and any free spaces for the same day are released at 8am in the morning be quick or you'll lose out to all the people wasting the doctors time with colds.
