Well it's a standard chain place. In a station so has a captive audience. Coffee middle to bad, obviously dependent on barista skill. Coffee I had this morning was probably worse than I usually have when I have come to the chain before but hey ho....
Just purchased Gingerbread hot chocolote. Tasted like regular chocolate, very thin. Oh, and it does not come with whipped cream and caramel on the top as advertised.. . One of the lady staff was quite rude when cleaning the tables...
RIP OFF COFFEE Ordered a Cappuccino.. Not even a quarter of a cup of coffee. It was all froth. 3 sips and it was gone!! Not even decent coffee... Never again!!
Mediocre coffee, hit-and-miss service. You'd think they would have some sort of clue about efficient service given how many of their customers are commuters in a hurry, but apparently not. Have a system and train your staff to stick to it.
Handy for a quick coffee on your way to the trains.
I have always found the staff very friendly. Treat them as you wish to be treated! Their hours are long & gruelling! Their coffee is THE best! Not enough AMT's around.
Worst tasting AMT chai steamer. I use Marylebone a lot, and usually only buy from AMT in Eusto. I always order coconut milk chai, but for some reason only ever get hot coconut milk at this AMT no chai powder!!!! I've ordered a few times from AMT Marylebone and it's the same result. Avoid this place!
