Bog standard coffee I had a Flat white at a premium price. Much better places on offer, but ok if you are in a hurry! Poorly displayed drinks menu/price list does nothing for first impressions. Two stars for the white hot chocolate which I have had previously and is pretty good from what I recollect and if it is still on the menu!.
Shocking prices. Served by a surly staff member who immediately stuck my sandwich in the toaster without asking me. I don't like hot sandwiches & she said it was a panini - as if I was some sort of idiot that didn't know they were heated. I do know that - I just don't like it. £6.25 for panini, packet of crisps & SMALL Kit Kat. When I apologised to the man behind for holding things up she tried to chime in on the conversation. Next time I'll happily do without.
I do enjoy Coming here whilst waiting for my train for a chai latte on a cold day. Service OK but could be better.
Nice tidy little Coffee stall type area within Central Station Glasgow. Has seating area outside and the Coffee is lovely. Where it's situated within the station it caters perfectly for people waiting before entering platforms adjacent.
Maya milkshake was very good, but on subsequent visit staff were rude and judgemental towards myself and my sons, and I will therefore not be visiting again. I ordered espresso based drinks and was questioned over my order and giving disapproving looks as it was made up. The Barista obviously had a bee in her bonnet about serving espresso drinks to teenagers. Felt very uncomfortable waiting for the order and I certainly will not be visiting again. The drinks also were not made as well as before, probably because the Barista was not happy. I'm well aware of the caffeine content and as we had been travelling since the early hours wanted to have something to pep us up. It is the Barista's job to serve customers, not to pass judgement on me as a parent. If she has a problem with serving drinks to teenagers, then perhaps she shouldn't be in the business in the first place.
Staff surly and chatting instead of getting on with the job. Asked to queue at one counter then started serving other customers in front of us at another counter.!!!??When I complained was told " people do what they like". Surely its up to the servers to serve people in front. We all have trains to catch.
Over-priced sandwiches which were edible at best. £3.75 for a small egg and rocket sandwich and £1.50 for a small bottle of water. As a previous reviewer said, okay if in a rush but much better choice, quality and value for money in nearby outlets .
Frothys coffee milkshake are amazing. Quite pricey at £3 but they are super tasty.
I asked for a white coffee, got a black one? I am on the train now and can't do anything about it.
So slow I would have missed my train waiting for them to do my order so had to leave the coffee there and had already paid
