I have weeks of physio following a big car crash. Mary was fantastic, so lovely, and sorted my neck and back out brilliantly. Even being a shoulder to cry on when I needed to release some emotional stresses. Highly recommended

I had two sessions of spine and soft tissue manipulation (essentially a back crunch and a sports massage) with Ricardo and I have never felt better in my life. I was very skeptical tbh but the on/off back problems which I've suffered through have now completely disappeared, I wish I hadn't waited as long as I did to get help. After the first session I felt much better and wasn't sure about going back for another round but the second session really did make a huge difference. Well worth the money.
