Lovely staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Bought our shed from AMR 5 yrs ago, so recommended them our daughter who has recently had her shed delivered and built, plus last week we have had our greenhouse delivered and built. The guys who built them are fantastic, in and out in no time with total professionalism, even straightened out our base for us too, nothing was a problem. Highly recommended, brilliant, and we are very very happy with our 'new build', just can't wait to get planting now!! thanks again.
Start of the process wasn't great but post delivery customer service was absolutely awful. bunch of cowboys. Some of them rude and very unprofessional. Not sure if the change of the location to the Falkirk Kondyke Garden centre was a tactical move. I will never buy anything else from them just like all my friends and family. The funniest part is the response from Ryan to the reviews on Google and the request to contact them.... Waste of time and Money. I really don't understand why they still have 4 stars . Unbelievable Shocking
Had a 6x6 shed built in our garden last week by AMR & Apex. The build was really quick and efficient. Really liked the communication throughout. Feels really solid and like the style of it as well.
Please be aware when buying a shed from AMR sheds that you are actually purchasing from APEX sheds who will deliver and build. No mention of this when ordering from AMR. I am now having to take APEX to court as £1,500 shed is poorly built with multiple issues from day one and now letting water in several places due to gaps left in the wood. Have been offered to paint some of the areas however there is no paint that could fill these gaps. Disgusting service from both AMR and Apex. As others have advised they are very professional till they have you money.
Good solid shed ,delivered and installed on scheduled day and approx time. Waiting time is generally 6-8 weeks I think. I didn't mind waiting as they had been recommended by a friend who was happy with the quality and service of the one he had bought. Would recommend paying the extra for 21mm wood as it is very solid.
Extremely happy with my summerhouse. 4 lads came at 8am and my decking was moved and work started by 8.30. Summerhouse was built and finished by 3pm. The quality is excellent, it looks amazing and absolutely worth the money. Highly recommend
Bought a 8x12 log effect additional thick wood shed from AMR and I've got to say for what I paid for it it's pretty decent. I used a waterproofer on the full shed that AMR charge £30 to do when it's being constructed brilliant idea and when it was built in my garden I did the waterproofing again to double protect the shed. All in all yes it's maybe not to dobbies standards but they charge £5000 for but for a shed I'm pretty happy and free delivery and free build on site not many other companies offer that. Overall very happy so far.
Guy is an absolute con man. When I get my hands on him he will be fed with a straw for months. Ripped off many people avoid this we soon to be crippled scumbag.
Pleasant , informative and helpful staff in office. Ryan , professional and dealt with my request of summer house for springtime build. Have now received my amazing summerhouse, the guys were friendly and hard working. I would highly recommend this company, they explained everything and kept me informed every step of the way. OUTSTANDING.
Very helpful and helped us order exactly what we wanted, as my husband was ordering a shed for his mobility scooter. And reasonable priced. And we're looking forward to getting it, as they are busy at moment. So just waiting on an email for the date when we get it delivered and erected
