When you visit anywhere That deals in anything that you have a passion for like motorcycles then is a good day. Especially when the staff have the sane passion. Grate day.
Just bought a new benelli bn 125 from AMR from the moment I walked in Martin was welcoming, helpful and not at All pushy very quick turn around to get the pdi done and even arranged to have it delivered to my house. Alastair who delivered the bike was very helpful also and talked through what to do and not to do can't recommend highly enough and will definitely be buying another bike from them once I progress onto a bigger bike thanks again Al the team at AMR.
Absolutely top notch service received. Had to get the dash replaced on my Kawasaki ZH2 and once the dash was received by AMR from Kawasaki they offered to collect the bike from me which was a massive help and had the dash replaced and the bike returned to me in under 24hrs. You just can't beat service like that. This is my first dealings with AMR but with service like that and with the few folk I dealt with being very helpful and friendly it won't be my last. Thanks guys :

Welcomed by general manager, Martin. Tried out two Royal Enfield demo bikes. Unpressured by the dealer. Given fair amount of useful info. Would buy from them - I may yet do so.
Supposed to be open until 5 pm, I arrive at 4.30 and the place is all locked up. Waste of my time.
Wouldn't go back. I had my Royal Enfield classic 500 in here for warranty repair and service.The oil was supposed to have been changed.I am 70 years old and been riding bikes since 1967 and I can tell you the oil was never changed.I dropped the oil out of it and it was like black water.I could write a book about poor communication ie.I lost count of the times lynn said she would phone me back but never did and also the cheek from her over the 6 month period I waited for the bike to be fixed.My advice is for Royal Enfield go to Saltire Edinburgh or Hollywood services Dumfries.I have since dealt with them both and offer a first class friendly,professional service. Footnote. They even gave me the wrong service book back which belonged to another bike.40 mile round trip to return and get my book back. In response to AMR comments below. The bike was booked in 2020 and not fixed till June 2021.However my critical comments were regarding your lack of communication ,not the time scale you had the bike.The comments you made about it being a second hand bike was typical of your attitude.It was a one year old Royal Enfield with a three year warranty.you are a Royal Enfield dealer and were bound as a dealer to repair it.Although you had the attitude of doing me a big favour.The review is late as I was reluctant to post such a negative review but after speaking to a fellow biker who had similar opinions about yourself I thought no it's not just me.I had a duty to post my opinion here.The first sentence in your reply reveals sarcasm.
