Over one year ago I left a glowing review of the service we received for my elderly parents. It is a shame that after purchase the aftercare and service goes down so terribly downhill. Having been told different things by Colleen at the Epsom branch and chasing, my poor mum is still left with one hearing aid while waiting for the other to come back from repair. Send back dates changed each time I have called and is unacceptable. She has had one fall due to feeling unbalanced and is absolutely miserable. Shocking service and promises to look after her definitely a load of rubbish.The audiologists we have seen have been great but to get to them be prepared for stress if you ever are able to get through in the first place. Go elsewhere where they offer a better level of service for the money you pay.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Sue Barlow, the lovely audiologist in Epsom and she made the whole experience straightforward and easy for my elderly mum. We left with a new pair of hearing aids two weeks ago and it has been like a miracle for my mum who can now hear again and enjoy speaking on the telephone! We had a revise appointment with Sue on Friday and she was amazing again. I will be taking my dad when the weather is warmer to see her. Sue is an asset to the Epsom branch and I would definitely recommend seeing her if you need a professional, kind, skilled and caring audiologist.
Wonderful customer service - my mother is visiting and had a problem with her hearing aid. All solved quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
