***Stunning*** Absolutely the best, most authentic, Indian food I have had outside of India itself. Service was excellent. They don't serve alcohol but you can bring your own. What more can I say?? Go here. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian dishes.
Myself and family were visiting Cornwall, when my Son wanted Indian food, so we searched and found this highly rated restaurant. The Service and food quality were simply amazing!! I was really happy with the value I got from Amity, we over ordered as usual and managed to eat it all as it was so delicious. The Head of house was very friendly and came over and had a nice friendly talk and the new waiter was very attentive and professional too. My wife was concerned that the bathrooms may not be up to speed, due to previous experiences at other places, however this place has toilets cleaner then our Hotel room, brand new infact. Overall experience including taste, hygiene, quality i would say is 10/10. We will certainly eat here again when we return to sunny Cornwall Kind regards, Sanj, Harj & Sev
This was my second Amity experience, and both times the food has been delicious! Last time, we had a takeaway delivered to us, and this time, we went to eat at the restaurant, which is beautifully decorated inside, and a really nice atmosphere to dine in. It's a shame that it is not a licensed premises so we couldnt enjoy a drink with our meal, but aside from this, we thoroughly enjoyed our Amity experience and we will be returning!
Quite possibly the best curry you will have. Everything was perfect. Right amount of meat and tons of flavour. The naans are AMAZING, big and flavoursome. Just make sure you book in advance as they are extremely popularRecommended dishesMix Meat
Can't fault the food, but service is non existent the staff really need training. Waited a long time to be asked if we wanted a drink, waited another 30mins for the starter, then waited more than an hour for the main to be served. Wouldn't be so bad but they don't serve alcohol. They definitely prioritize the takeaway over their restaurant customers. It's a shame as it could be a great little restaurant.
New to the area. First time ordering a take away from them. As my friend recommended them. Ordered a lamb passanda and on had 6 small pieces of lamb in it. I expected more for £10.95. It did taste nice.
We have been here last week for an evening meal. The food was great and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our evening meal. However one thing annoyed me is that the Chef does not know meaning of Mattar Garden peas in their "Mattar Paneer" curry. We got served "Chickpeas Paneer" instead which just doesn't work well. I suggest him to refresh his cooking lessons or check out "Mattar Paneer" page on Wikipedia.
Absolutely brilliant meals and great value. A busy night having just reopened, a Saturday night and under very difficult circumstances but from placing the order by phone and arriving back home with a truly awesome meal less than one hour. We have missed our meals at amity and can't wait for the Sunday buffet to restart however tonight was wonderful

2nd time I’m visiting Redruth in the past few weeks and returned to Amity as the reception was warm and the food fresh and the owner accommodating to my needs and extremely attentive. The food was great. I will be back!
