My friend recommended this place; he said it’s a great place for burgers, and YES, he was right. We ordered burger meal that comes with chips and a drink. The amigo beef burger was the best burger I’ve had in a long time.. it’s just divine. Chips were freshly cooked and the drink was cold and refreshing. One little comment tho, the burger is quite small tbf… I was full as chips and drinks were accompanied with the meal, but it would be nicer if the burger was bit bigger. The guy who served us was very cool, he was chatting while taking our orders. Good point!
Went to collect a Too Good to go order there showed it to the staff member who clearly acknowledged it. After 30 minutes of waiting I asked to see how long it will be the manager tells me she cancelled the order as they didn't have the items, I asked the staff member why he didn't tell me that he looked at the manager like it never happened. Clueless staff, average and overpriced food. There are plenty of nice places to eat in Shepherds Bush this is definitely not one of them. PS CLEAN THEM DIRTY TABLES!
I have been to Amigos quite a few times now, and the food has always been really good. There is a good variety on the menu ranging from burgers, wraps, and chicken wings to rice bowls, all of which are very delicious with great flavours. The Amigos fries are certainly a highlight, always arriving piping hot and fresh out of the fryer. It is definitely my restaurant of choice whenever I'm in the area and want a quick filling meal. During my recent visit I was pleasently surprised to get a 20% discount on my meal, which was a nice bonus. A friendly word of caution; the spicy menu items are truly spicy, which I appreciate, but be sure to tread carefully. There are, however, a few areas where there is room for improvement. Hospitality is not always the best, with service being a little slow, and it is challenging to get the staffs attention when in need. Plus, the tables were also cluttered with leftover rubbish, which did not get cleaned for the whole time we were at the restaurant. All in all, despite some shortcomings, the food has been consistently amazing, which is why I keep coming back for more.
The food taste was good, chips portion and taste good. Chiken burger size has reduced unbelievably check picture as it looked like a kids burger made up of two small chiken pieces, and with the price hike to £11 a meal makes you question yourself. Atmosphere was very dull, dark and dated. The toilet was doubled as a stock room?
I like only this amigos in Shepherd’s Bush . Don’t know what the magic but everything seems to be nicer here and the stuff very very polite and very kind . Harman who served us was nice Aisan ladyFood: 5/5
Amigos is always a go-to when I'm in the area. However, the customer service could be better and the tables were not cleaned. When Amigos say it's going to be spicy it's going to be spicy. Even things that are not meant to be spicy are spicy. I got the Korean wrap which was nice and flavorful but left me chugging my Vimto. It was way too spicy at the end but I still enjoyed it. The sauces are fabulous and complement the chips nicely. I recommend it but if you don't like spicy maybe try their mild items.
Had double cheeseburger with fries and hotdog with spicy fries. They were spicy. In Lot of choice including chicken. Also have child choices. Great food. Much more filling and cheaper than McDonald's. Also had a twix shake and KitKat shake which were lovely. Staff friendly. Good atmosphere.
A lovely cosy little place we enjoyed the food very much! The kids chicken nuggets meal had a generous portion of nuggets that were very tasty! Older children enjoyed the halal hotdog meals throughly. The chicken in my amego chicken wrap was tasty & tender. We were offered to make the meals large for an additional 50p each which we did but will be cautious next time as non of us finished our chips, despite being hungry for a full meal and having tasty chips at hand. I detest wasting food and sadly, thats what just happened. Even if you take away the left over chips, it rarely gets eaten again. Our mexican burger tasted amazing which we devoured just by tasting and passing around the family and then needed to order a replacement Staff was very friendly but the service was a little slow. There was quite a long wait before we received our food. Overall, it was a lovely lunch experience which we would definitely go back for! Thank you Amigos!
The WORST BURGUER EVER ! Full of salt, disgusting , the fries also full of peppers , so spicy ! Don’t everFood: 1/5
I went to buy fries for my daughter and i told them to make it peri peri fries and they gave me plain chips and when i went back to tell them the manager sidharth he said she didn’t charge me for xtra peri peri spice but i told clearly and i paid full price still not received full order. I asked them to sprinkle the peri peri spices and he literally charged me again £0.50 pence for this .. very rude and unprofessional service..i went to shepherd’s bush Amigos
