Guy on the desk could have been more helpful by telling me my receipt was also what I need to use to scan in the machine to get my balls out! I was informed by another patron on how to use it instead of almost throwing it away. Fun once you do get going though, balls run out fast so short game but you can buy more.
Under extermily bad management. Customers was standing in queue in rain . And staff was chilling indoor . I call them and asked them do we have to book advance they said no its walk in service. After 45 min drive. When i arrived their with my best for some good time . They put us in queue for 45 min . U can reach Manchester to London in 45 min . Who have that much time . Why u wasting people time . If u can't manage it close it down. Why wasting our time and money. Never again.

First time going. Went with the family. Was good fun if you can hit the ball high enough to register, which wasn't great for the younger ones - so would give 3 star... but... customer service was really amazing... the kind lady at the desk came to our bay to help us get started... showed us how to take a shot... deserves 5 star for that alone. I would just like to share with you golfers out there the following saga so you don't get caught out like me. Firstly, Product Adidas Traxion Lite golf shoe. Usage mainly Autumn/ Winter Golf. Issue, Spike snapped after playing 9 holes, couldn't remove it. Adidas, don't sell replacements, so basically a throwaway shoe.No one tells you this either Adidas or AG. AG tell you spikes are not covered under warranty, nothing on any of their terms and conditions, but all the AG staff know this, but not the consumer. Adidas also don't guarantee the spikes,and again they don't tell you anywhere in there literature. So to conclude, a worldwide brand and UK household brand have told me there is nothing they can do about it, but the spikes are universal and I am told a skechers spike will fit!Why would you not sell replacement spikes. To close really poor customer service from both brands, especially AG, 7 phone calls to the store,no one called, lost my details, on my first visit was actually told could have damaged it with a screwdriver, and in the end I had to drive to the store to collect the shoes with no refund or a spike. All over the sake of 1 spike. The shoes are also AG exclusive on their website, what good that has had. DO NOT buy these shoes. A
Definitely a flagship store. With plenty of clothing and equipment on display. The staff are very friendly and well turned out. Looks like a great driving range with tracking on your ball. Had a drink and a toastie in the cafe as well, which was presented nicely
Some of the worst customer service i have ever encountered! Still waiting on my £30 GOGW voucher that i have chased for at least 3 times.
Fun day out. Got a Wowcher, which featured a round on their Dinosaur Themed Crazy Golf, a hot drink, a pizza Chicago Town and 80 balls on the driving range. Warning. Do not hit golf club into ground, heads will shear off, and don't clear the netting you will get told off.
Was a great place for all the family. Good access for prams and a small picnic area. Lovely morning out. Would suggest you get there early as it gets really busy
