Very helpful and knowledgeable salesperson. Friendly but not pushy. Nothing worse than being badgered when looking around but when I had a question the salesperson was very good and dealt with my purchase in a very friendly and attentive way. Impressed with the experience and will definitely use that Store again when in the area.
Really helpful staff, I went in a bit unsure what to expect - or really what I wanted, something to help a beginner keep warm! They guided me to a few options for jackets/gloves and were able to answer my questions. Not pushy at all, just great service - will be coming back in soon.
These guys are superb. I go into this branch quite often for odds and bits etc. Every visit I am always spoken to and made sure I am fine. Well done guys and keep up the great customer service side as well as the sales side.
The guys at American Golf, Hagley Road are always great help. They weren't certain about some of my questions about the S60 but phoned colleagues to check. They then asked how i had got on with the S60 next time I visited. I have purchased many items from this store for both me and my wife, overall its a great store.
Went to buy an electric trolley. Ian, the store manager, explained everything I needed to know about the available trolleys clearly and concisely. I did purchase a trolley and was extremely happy with the service I received.
Really good apart from AGD not being able to get a 36 hole battery from anywhere. In store team are always happy to help and actually collected the 18 hole battery for me from another store which was really appreciated
Went in the branch today. Not one customer in there. Dressed in work clothes but would like to add i am a director of a company. Clearly i was judged as poor and not of interest to them. Shocking customer service. If you want to get looked after in there i would suggest wearing a tie and maybe hire a bmw for the day. Absolute joke. American golf you will never get another penny from me thats for sure.
Excellent showroom, everything nicely spaced out and really tidy. Fantastic service, always happy to part with money in this store, even though there is a more local AG store close to my home.
No hard sale. The sales team & pro were great. I told the team my budget and together we worked out the best products for my game.
Nice bunch of guys and occasionally girl Have had a driver fitting there are ended up with a better result/purchase than when ive used other specialist fitters.
