Do not rent here I have been here for 2 years they promise the world ie gym, shops, daycare and after 2 years nothing has happend.nnNotting Hill Genesis also set the gas rates and right now the government has put a cap on firms like British gas, Eon and more that cap stands at no more than 9p per kwph and a standing charge of no more that 20p! However Notting Hill Genesis think it is OK to charge 35p pkwh and a standing charge of 43p we are also unable to change suppliers the water is hit and miss and gets cut off on a regular basis.nnThe area is not safe people let their dogs on the children play area and do not clean the mess the dogs leave there is alot of drug issues antisocial behaviour such as people playing loud music on weekdays at times untill 3amnnPlease if you value your peace and safty do not rent here
Do not rent here. The flats are overpriced and something breaks down every day. One day you are left without water another day you are left without heating. Gas prices are double what the rest of London pays. It's a scam and the agents con you!!
Infested with cannabis smoking. Dexters property management is abysmal. All round bad. Just find somewhere else or at least not via Dexters.
Best spot ever
A wonderful place for long-term residence. My apartment is on the 13th floor. It has a wonderful view and high security. The place is surrounded by cameras and safety doors. A beautiful choice.
