I went for an eyebrow wax and manicure. The stylist was very friendly, and understanding of my needs. She instantly identified my sensitive skin and so accommodated that for my eyebrow wax (I didn't think my skin was that sensitive). She was super knowledgeable during the manicure, talking about nail care and how nails grow. It was fascinating to hear! She was careful around my sore cuticle areas when I pointed them out. The varnish look isn't homogeneous, though. Perhaps if more time was alloted to the manicure it could have been done to a higher quality. Overall though I'm happy with my results and with the stylist, and the price was very reasonable!

Went to ambience for the first time after tirelessly searching for a good hairdresser and attending many hairdressers who did not 'get me' not understanding the colour I wanted. Bravely went onto to try ambience after 3 months of building courage to try a new hairdresser. Immediately after speaking with Steph she 'got me' understood straight away the colour I wanted and I have to say for the first time in years I love love love my colour and a lovely cut too. Could not recommend Ambience enough all the staff are lovely making me feel comfortable, the first time I have truly been able to relax in a salon and enjoy the end result without having to come home and cry. I am extremely fussy when it comes to my hair and have tried many many many hairdressers, and have to say if you are looking for a relaxing and beautiful job go to ambience 5 stars aren't enough!!!!! Haven't tried the beauty side yet, but, after today these are my go to people :)
