Absolutely amazing service! Two remote keys created within about an hour for a car which stumped another 5 locksmiths and mechanics. Ira is an absolute magician mechanic! Thank you so much for coming out to see me same day. The service was quick, professional and reasonably priced. Couldn't ask for anymore. I give my highest recommendation to Amber Locksmiths!
Absolutely atrocious. Locked my keys in the boot of my Hyundai whilst staying at a Travelodge. Amber auto locksmiths came out the next morning, the writing was on the wall when the guy couldn’t find the car park despite a postcode and instructing him on the phone. On to the “attempt” to pick the lock of the car - after no communication on what was happening and the guy calling all his pals for help he established that he had been using the wrong pick for 45 minutes!! After using the correct pick he was still struggling so called yet another pal before using airbags to pry the lock inside the car. This was a fail also as the car was double locked. We were due to check out very soon at this point and was told by the guy to not wait around for him as he wanted to go back in his van to warm up. Cue a further 2 hours of fumbling and failing with the pick whilst my ill children had to wait around. He decided to have a casual call with a friend with me waiting for answers - absolute joke. To top it off he was quite rude and uptight whenever I asked questions. In the end he had to call the guy that had mentored him and he packed up and drive away without a word to us. When I called him to ask if he was coming back and to get the number of the new person he put me on hold and hung up. The new guy proceeded to do the job in no more than 5 minutes so we were on our way after 3 and half hours wasted..
I called Amber Locksmiths as I needed a spare electronic keyfob. I was delighted that they would come out to me and worked around my work schedule. Ira is a true gent and did the job without any fuss. I highly recommend.
Ira was very helpful today and gave me a great price. He was polite and professional. I was having trouble with my car key which he manged to sort out quickly as well as explaining what he was doing. 100% recommend this company
I would highly recommend and always support local businesses. I stupidly snapped the key, while it was inside the ignition barrel. I called Amber Locksmiths said he would be here in 20 min and arrive in 15. For those who are slating, he couldn't find the location with a Sat Nav. Bear in mind that the SatNav will not pinpoint you to the exact location. Ara called me when he was lost. All it took me 30 secs to say I would wait outside and wave him down. Anyways we discussed the quotes before we got down to business mine wasn't an easy job, and he tried his absolute best to try and get it out. He didn't give up, and in the end, I told him to give up as I can see he had exhausted all options before moving on to the job which I think is outstanding service bearing in mind it was dark and pouring with rain, anyways, in the end, it needed a new ignition barrel, he gave me a reasonable price and as a goodwill gesture he even programmed two keys and threw in 2 extra spares. He also ensured my car was tidy and the dashboard was put back together exactly how it was from the start. He also built an excellent report throughout the work a proper gentleman old school excellent work ethic and is passionate about his work, and takes great pride, which is rare. A fantastic experience, travelled all the way from Guildford to south london to sort my car out. Called at 2pm and was here by 6pm fantastic service, fast & efficient. Kept communication the whole time with ETAs. Really recommend. Very lovely guy. Brilliant. So happy with my service done today. Thank you!
Could not fault this business whatsoever. I was stuck at an airport carpark after forgetting my keys after a very late arrival early hours of the morning. Amber locksmith came to my rescue and swiftly got me back on the road with such a very professional service but also with such a great manner. I highly recommend. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

I locked my car key in the boot with my shopping on the New Year. Ira attended within 45min and managed to unlock my car in no time. A friendly and professional service.
Ira came out to unlock my car and cut a new key. What a super friendly lovely man. Would absolutely highly recommend this tradesperson. He was fast turning up. Extremely professional and meticulous and good value for money. Can't speak highly enough.
