I called Jerry today in a panic having come home to find that the front door wouldn't open and with two crying babies to deal with. He very calmly and quickly talked me through the issue and enabled me to fix the problem myself then and there. Jerry was fantastically kind and helpful - thank you so much!

Unable to secure Conservatory door. My Mother was unable to lock her Conservatory door. We called Amber locks and were impressed with their service from the very beginning. Lee called us shortly after we’d made our original call. He was there almost immediately and was very professional from the off. Lee explained everything to us throughout and was clearly there until the issue was fixed. He used systematic processes to establish the problem and left us with a lock that works perfectly. Lee even got us both to try the door to make sure we could operate it. A very pleasant young man with an excellent attitude. Very professional service and we were impressed with the cost. Highly recommend Amber locks. Lee came out late Friday evening as my son had shut the front door leaving the keys on the hallway table and two dogs locked in the house. Professional friendly service.
Amber Locks were supportive and informative from answering the phone, Jerry listened to my requirements for date's and times and communicated with me throughout. LEE attended to the lock promptly, and worked cleanly and efficiently. Very pleased with the service from this local family- highly recommend.
