Loved this little animal haven on the isle of wight was really nice speaking to the keeper about the red pandas when they were being fed and great to have three animal walk through aswell. Food is reasonable priced and definitely worth a visit. It's also nice that it's split into two sections, the indoor area, which was great to walk through with the birds all free inside and the lovely outside areas
We saw online the price for a family of 5 would be £85 and were worried that we wouldn't get value for money but we were pleasantly suprised! They have plenty of really beautiful animal enclosures with some animals you don't even get to see in the bigger zoos, the soft play was amazing and the ticket gave us free return for the whole family for 7 days!!! So we will definitely be coming back, fab day out with lots to do and really friendly staff
This was a great little find. Have driven past so many times. But this day we wanted a look. So pleased we did. What an amazing afternoon we had, just walking around all the animals. Inside & out. Let's start with: YOUR TICKET IS VALID FOR 7 DAYS! This may be a small zoo for some of you, but I feel like it's packed with great animals and birds for you to enjoy your time and again. Do take note of animal feeding times, and if they are available - try the experiences too! Can bring you own snacks-there's picnic areas available but be kind - do not feed animals - they are on the special diets. Take your time and who knows you may end up getting yourself an adoption pack. These animals need our attention and love.
Really enjoyed our day here, especially the Lemur Walkthrough and seeing the new Red Panda. Generally the animals looked healthy and happy and staff were friendly. We thought the ticket price was a bit high for the size of the place though.
Great place for adults and children. Ample parking. Pushchair friendly. Plenty to see indoors and outdoors. Seating areas inside and outside. Cafe and toilet facilities available. Bus number 8 from Sandown. Part of Tesco voucher deal.

Omg I loved this place so much!!!!!!! So many unique and cute animals to see... you can get so close to them all, you can almost touch the meerkats, and the big tropical walk-through area I was walking beside so many exotic birds, walking and flying around you. I loved that so much. If you buy a ticket, it's valid for revisits for the next 7 days which I think is great!!! I highly recommend going here... adults, kids, families, couples...!!! They take care of all of the animals so well.
Absolute value for money would recommend this zoo to anyone. Went expecting it to be small and not many animals but it was the complete opposite there is a big inside bit that doesn't seem to end and there is loads of animals from reptiles to sloths and birds and fish. You can get fish food snd other food to feed the animals close up for only £1 so take some spare coins definitely worth the experience. The gift shop isn't overpriced and has lots of merchandise and memorabilia to take home.
What an amazing little zoo! With built in kids playshack. Being a fan of all things animal as well as entomology I found this zoo to be the best on the island! With an extra large "rain forest" style indoor section as well as great places for the kids to play! Note: I did go in the off season with a 7 day free return ticket I went twice and found it to be worth a lot more then I paid! ##reccomend for smaller ones and asd children##
