It'd give it 5 Stars was it not because of the Nepalese guy can't remember his name checking IDs religiously, sometimes 3 times in a span of 6 hours from the same person. He just loved causing congestion and delays. Probably his first job in his life.
Good welcoming staff pretty tight for hgv bay though
Unhelpful staff, by law you are not allowed more than 30 fresh parcel deliveries in 2 hours slot, but when asked manager to remove over 30 items from my slot, they refuse to do it and Always say call the Amazon customer service and when you called them it takes some time more than 20 minutes to answer and oftenly they are refused to do that, so you wasted your 20 minutes and now you deliver fresh parcel in 1hour 40 minutes which is not possible, 2ndly between 4pm to 8pm two hours slots takes more than 2 hours due to traffic rush hours, road work, delivery in a 4th floor flat where there are no lifts also parking problems in the councils flats, some time delivery on main road where there is no stopping but you have to do delivery even you get the ticket. Last time I got delivery's for Stretham, Brixton, oval, and than elephant castle,I finished delivery 4pm and it took 2 hours to come back to Wimbledon.n3rdly Amazon route map is the worse navigation i ever seen, no improvement even every time I complain it.
