Ridiculous you can only order 2 lemsip boxes in 7 days. The dosage is more than that. The suggestion by their customer service manager is get your friends to buy for you. I'm like them why am I paying prime if I can't use it. That's the point of it. And lastly the complaint process is ridiculous, gets 'handled internally' so basically coperate speak for we will never address it at all. How does any of that even make sense
I'm am a disabled person and just recovering from a stroke, and trying to return a dishwasher that has allegedly being refurbished, upon the alleged failed return without even a phone call, I made another appointment to be collected and assured it would be between 10am and 12pm. This apparently was a blatant lie as apparently they don't make promises along those lines, but I still got one.nNeedless to say the colletion didn't happen. All I get is wait untill 8pm.nThis is how they treat people who are disabled and recovering from a recent stroke. Not to mention trying to off load unusable broken items for resale.nI was advised to send it back at my expense via another courier. This is unacceptable. And will be reporting the to trading standards.
We returned faulty dehumidifier to the third party seller on the Amazon. So seller refused to make a refund, said Amazon needs to do it, but Amazon saying they need so special invoice from carrier which seller doesn’t want to provide. So now we can’t get back £300! This is unreal! Amazon failed us. Canceling my account.
I have ordered Programmable Robot from Amazon UK. The Robot was not functional and could not be programmed. We tried with Android, ios both. So on next day we returned the Robot via Royal MailnRoyal Mail delivery shows that the Robot is Returned and delivery is signed by Amazon.nAs per Amazon portal min 7 Days to max time it should take is 14 days.nNow it's more than 14 days.nI have paid using my Credit card. Credit card bill has this transaction, so I need to pay the bills.nnBut as Product is already returned and Amazon also confirmed that delivery is received at their center.nBut they are not refunding my Money. Every time they give different dates.nAlso in system it says there is problem in processing refund, need additional information please contact customer care. When I call them they just say it will take 60 days. But why I should suffer for their processing delays.
We bought some items from this company they gave us used damage item.nWhen we called and complaint no one came to collect the item we called them continuously no use .nIf calling them they want to cut the call .nNow we are using a damaged used item for the same price of a new item.nPlease provide good customer service.nSee customers as king.nJeff bastard.
