Most of the young supervisors would get slapped for talking how they do in the outside world, absolute tossers AND they DON'T PAY UK TAX!! I worked here for 2 months in the "Peak" time from Black Friday to Xmas Eve ONLY because they put the wages up from £12 to £14 nights. Now it's £12.50, which is average at best for unskilled work. Only stayed for the 100% attendance bonus £3k and the double overtime of £28 per hour. Never again.
MANAGER WAS HAVING PROBLEMS, BUT TOLD ME THAT SHE HAD SORTED IT OUT, BUT CLEARLY NOT. I HAVE JUST COMPLETED AN ENTIRE BLOCK AND AFTER LOOKING AT MY EARNINGS, IVE FOUND THAT THE ENTRY IS NO LONGER THERE. I HAVE COMPLETED AN ENTIRE BLOCK AND WILL NOT BE PAID FOR IT. WHY HAVE YOU RIPPED ME OFF? WHO DO I TALK TO TO GET THIS SORTED OUT?
What an absolute dump of a place, iv collected many a trailer out of here, for amazon who normally go overboard on health and safety, this place is the opposite.
People need to look at themselves instead of point blame, throwing their toys out the pram. I’ve worked as a flex driver from this logistics depot for 3 years on a high-demand/as-needed basis, without any issue whatsoever, never been paid late, never been disrespected, never had collection or drop problems. If you use your initiative, do your job, and be polite, you’ll receive the same in return.

It's a throw and use company. if you are a student then you should go. It gets no job what so ever in January till march, then it gets busy till may, then they will kick you out then they will recruit you again in august and then dump you again in November. and then they will not hire you until late march. good for you if you are a old person or lazy worker, because, lazy people keep their workplace going slowly in less busy times. they only value high skilled workers in their peak times. Not recommended if you want to be permanent, because the managers only make people permanent that are either in their favour or from the same country as them.

Great marshalls who are very helpful and drivers rest room is kept clean and vending machines kept stocked up
Should be reported tiny drivers room impossible to social distance in this room some not wearing masks health hazard surprised local health authority let's this go ahead all other sites drivers stay safe in there cabs
