I needed alterations done quickly and some dry cleaning. They were very friendly and accommodated me. It was so good of them to rush my requirements ASAP. I highly recommend Amazing Dry Cleaners! My new dry cleaners from now onward.

BAD customer service from the store manager working on 10/22/22. I have the date here so the owner of this store knows exactly who I'm talking about. So, I received an estimate of 50 dollars when I dropped off my clothes. About 45 min later, I received a text with the actual total amount which was 105 dollars I mean, no one expects to have the total price to be twice as much, because we had counted the number of items before getting the estimate . So I called the store because I wanted to ask them to hold off on the service. In my mind I'm thinking, I can take some clothes back home and just leave the ones that needed dry cleaning asap. The manager answered my call, and this is our conversation. Me: I introduced myself then proceeded I have received the estimate and it is twice what I initially received at the store so.... she cut me off Her:Raising her voice Yes, the total is high because you have this number of coats and each one costs this much. I heard the staff give you an estimate but now this is the actual price. Me: Yes, so I'm requesting that you put the service on hold because... she cut me off again Her: same tone What do you mean put it on hold because we have already processed the order. Me: I mean don't start cleaning yet because... I never actually got to finish my sentences with this lady. She interrupted again. I was trying so hard to pass my message across at this point Her: We don't put stuff on hold, come and pick up your clothes. Me: I'm 5 min away from the store. I'm on my way. Her: Well, you have to give us time because we are she said something I didn't get Me: I repeated I'm on my way. then hanged up At this point I was feeling very disrespected by the manager. The entire conversation was her yelling at me like I was a child, I'm a grown woman for God's sake! What happened to just talking to people in a normal way? I arrived at the store. My clothes were on the counter, I started packing them up because at this point, I just didn't want to do business there anymore. So the staff who had the initial estimate apologized for the misunderstanding, I thought that was nice of her. I told her it's fine, I just didn't appreciate how the manager she was in the store by the way and she could hear me spoke to me on the phone. When she heard me say that, she turned to me yelling again, defending herself, saying she was not yelling I'm telling her, listen to how you are speaking to me now.... But of course, she couldn't even let me finish saying anything to her, talking over me. I decided, no need to talk to her as she was not being reasonable at all. I ignored her. She kept talking. I thanked the nice lady who was more professional just so you all know, this lady was training and she had way better customer service than the manager! by the way, if the OWNER is reading this, the nice lady's name is Brianna hope I got the spelling right . She is very professional, spoke to me with respect, and she is one of the reasons I kept my calm. Thank you Brianna for being you and not taking after your manager's behavior. I have used their services before and didn't have a problem of course never met the rude manager until today but for now I will take my business somewhere else. Alex, if you're reading this, your store manager is VERY RUDE. I took my time to write this review because I want the owner of this store to look into his employees and not let one person's bad behavior ruin his business and other people's experiences.Service: Dry cleaning
I've tried using this place 5 times and have had 4 issues. Clearly, no consistency and customer service is NOT a priority. NEVER use them. I believe I've spoken to Alex the owner 3 times now via phone and multiple times via text. Save yourself the trouble. First a ruined coat and now overcharged TWICE! Now, I was given WET clothes. The incompetence is apalling and they just seem to think it's a joke.Services: Dry cleaning
They do a great job. My husband had a grease stain on an expensive shirt the we thought could not be removed, but they did it! Also reasonably priced. The best cleaner we have found in Riverview, Fl.
I had my dress for my daughters wedding altered by someone who did an awful job took it to Nancy at Amazing Dry Cleaner to fix it and she saved my dress!! She was so sweet and did an awesome job!! Definitely recommend!!!!Service: Alterations
I needed to get 5 suits dry cleaned for a Bar-mitzvah and Alex did not even blink an eye , he told me bring it in buddy i will get you going to your amazing jewish party. The name is Amazing Cleaners for a reason. Alex is not only the best around he is the dry cleaning whisperer. The man is not only handsome he is Amazing.
