I brought my son the other day who has special needs so wasn’t sure how much he would allow the dentist to do, they made him feel so relaxed and he allowed them to do what they needed to do. Very friendly and caring and a lovely relaxed environment, thank you for making his experience a good one so he will happily come back next appointment

Pretty much impossible to get in touch with. Managed 2 emergency appointment during the pandemic which was very much appreciated, however the reception team could definitely be better. I had asked for a copy of my x-ray which I never got. Then prior to appointment I had to cancel due to unforseen circumstances, left a voicemail expecting I'd get a call back to rebook, just got my appointment cancel and finding it nearly impossible to get in touch over the phone. Will definitely look for a different dentist.
A lovely dental practice whom I have been with for years. Very friendly staff and a clean safe environment. Sadly my dentist is leaving. The practice seems to be going towards more private treatment now. Which is a shame for locals who cannot afford to go private.
Not knowing what arrangements are in place with the pandemic I had a problem with a loose tooth and some infection that, although not causing discomfort, was only going to get worse. I rang for advice and was given an appointment within 24 hours. The precautions taken were very friendly and efficient and the treatment excellent. Never felt a thing and now one wisdom tooth less without any problems. I know it's a strange thing to say but I enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended but only when necessary!.
It’s difficult time for the dentists now with trying to keep on top of the backlog after Covid. Just wanted to say thank you to Jennifer on reception who was very kind and reassured me when I was nervous about treatment I was to get done.
A first class experience from 1st contact, courteous staff and Alan McKinnon an excellent and caring dentist.
Always a pleasure to come to the dentist staff helpful and friendly my dentist is wonderful Always delighted with the care and service I am given
