Had a great big freshly cooked haddock and chips as was recommended by the guy behind the counter. Perfectly cooked and crispy not too thick batter. Really enjoyed it. Cheeky curry, mushy peas & sausage on the side too Food: 5/5
The fish was over battered tasteless and overall uninspiring. Pet hate is fake ketchup on the table, why bother ? The girls serving were uninterested and inattentive. Overall better options elsewhere.Food: 2/5
Standard of fish and chips was excellent tonight. We used to get our fish and chips from the good catch in Altrincham but that has disappointed last 3 times we have been. Although this was a little more expensive the difference in quality of the food was very noticeable. Would definitely recommend.Food: 5/5

We popped in to get a snack between bars, the service was fast even though there was a bit of a queue. We had a regular portion, plus a pie and curry sauce amounting to £6. Which I think is a bargain to be honest! The chips were lovely and fresh, crispy with lots of salt and vinegar. The pie was a bit chewy but it was still nice. We had a little table outside which was covered by a canopy so was nice to have a sit outside and people watch - there was seating inside though. The place was very clean and the food very tasty. Defo recommended.
