Alter Ego is most definitely a five star plus salon ! Along with its beautiful decor, luxurious treatments Nikki & her girls are brilliant! Nikki & her team always greet & welcome you as soon as you enter the salon & with in minutes I have a lovely cup of coffee. I couldn’t recommend this salon enough, I’m a very loyal customer & will continue to do so for years to come. I have been using the salon since it opened and have always been very impressed with the quality of their work. Had my hair done by Emily today - very pleased with the results, thank you Emily. Also many thanks to Nikki & Ciara for the fantastic job they do with my nails. Great salon would highly recommend.

The best nails around!! And the hairdressers are amazing. These girls know nails and it's one of the very few places I have been where my nails have actually lasted! All of the Alter ego girls are always so welcoming. Highly recommended - 5 stars! *****

Lovely Salon, shame about the Owner Alter ego is a beautifully decorated beauty salon. With friendly staff who are always willing to help, and always greet you with a smile, they offer an excellent service. The only downside is the owner. Despite being a regular customer you never get a smile or a simple hello from her, she needs to learn more people and customer service skills. If it wasn’t for the other staff members in the salon I would probably would discontinue from going to the salon as the attitude of the owner is from welcoming

I have been a client at Alter Ego since it first opened and travel from out of the local area to use them. From nails, facials and hair the services and products on offer are second to none! Nikki and her staff are wonderfully friendly and make you feel really welcome. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
