A very friendly vet practice who put your pet first. They go out of their way to make everything as stress-free as possible for both pet and owners. Between my wife and I we are now on our fifth and sixth dogs with Alpha. Highly recommended.
Very friendly vets nurses clean practice always explain things
We took Luna to the vets this morning for a check up after being on medication for a ear infection. Luna has suffered with her ears since she was 1 years old, she’s now almost 3. After being prescribed endless amounts of ear drops, antibiotics and antihistamines, the vet that we seen again today had strongly advised us to have her sedated to thoroughly check her ears, clean them out and to find out if there’s any internal damage from how bad they’ve been. We knew that this was the next option as we both just felt useless and guilty at this point that we couldn’t do anything for our girl. So with that, we had Luna sedated and there are no words to describe how incredible the vet was this morning, we didn’t catch her name, I believe she’s relatively new there as this was the second time we had seen her since last week. She truly went above and beyond for us to reassure us that Luna was going to be taken great care of in to which she was. The receptionists, vets, assistants, they really are absolutely incredible people, thank you so much for taking great care of our Luna, a very fast process. We weren’t expecting her to be sedated this morning but truly are massively grateful you guys could do it. Thank you so much, from the bottom of our hearts. Hopefully no more irritation for our girl and she can be her happy, bubbly and crazy self againnCheers all, Robert and Natasha and Luna x
Excellent Practice, Amazing Staff, from the moment you phone for an appointment, to arriving, from Reception to the veterinary staff and Consultants. You can tell they are all passionate about animals, They are all about the animals aswell as the owners, They have Empathy & understanding, they all explain in simple terminology, they go thro the treatment plans, and will do their atmost to find a plan that is suitable for the owner's. I personally will go no where else. I Highly Recommend Alpha Veterinary Practise to All Owners who Love their Animal Family Members. 5*
Alpha vets - dynamic, set in beautiful location by the sea. Pet lovers who really care for your loved animals. Emergency help for all pets at any time they will see you and your loved pet as pets protect us and is man’s best friend. Without we are now alive. Thank you bless you all xxxx
