Alpha Plus have been super in every respect from initial quite through to finished installation. My property is nearly 200 years old and the beautiful sash and case windows they installed are totally in keeping with the style of the property and if anything enhance its appearance. Part of the installation included replacing two bay dorma windows in the bedrooms and I couldn't be happier with the end result which other companies approached for a quote said were beyond their capabilities. The installation team were first class and tidied up at the end of each day. I couldn't fault them and would highly recommend them OK anyone. Julie in Nairn.

Sad to say we had a very bad experience with this local business. We have had to chase them constantly over the last 6 months to get them to complete a job that should have taken two days. They never once returned a phone call that they said they would, and when we did speak to them they made false commitments as to when they would come out and finally finish the job. The excuse they always used was that they were short staffed, and the staff they did have were out on new jobs instead of completing ours, (which we had paid in full for 6 months ago). When we went to their office in Nairn to discuss the problem, we were initially met with aggression from the owner who threatened to throw us out if we did not stop talking. All we were trying to do was tell him the issues we were having and ask when was he going to get the job finished. It took another 2 months after this visit for them to complete the task, and this was only after we had taken legal advice and wrote to them setting a deadline for completion. They caused us a lot of stress and concern that they were never going to finish the job. We had more work that we were initially going to get them to do, but will now not go anywhere near them and will warn anyone against using them to work on their property. Regarding your response. What an absolute lie you have told regarding when we came to your office, then again we should not be surprised that this is how your company would respond given our experience at your incompetent hands. Also I would just point out that the job should have been completed on the 31st of March but you think you should be acknowledged for coming out to us in September. Also if you think the repair patch area size was 3" x 2" then I would suggested you either get a new measuring tape or get someone else to measure up any future projects you undertake.

I'm writing a review for my parents, who recently had a composite front door installed by AlphaPlus. They've told me that the service from start to finish has been fantastic, the salesman who quoted was informative and not pushy, the office staff were great at keeping us in the loop as the job got closer to installation, and the fitting teams were efficient, tidy and hard working. The end result is a stunning looking front door, and the quality of the system speaks for itself.

We had a conservatory built last month by Alpha plus and are absolutely delighted with it.The workers were first class and the office staff very helpful. An excellent job was completed on time and greatly admired by neighbours and friends. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Alpha Plus for home improvements. We had double glazing installed. We reported a fault with the double glazing. We were advised that no one from Alphaplus would investigate this issue because the warranty we sent to them has not been received. We are not impressed with the customer care after the sale. We could not fault the service when buying, and getting the windows installed. The immediate after installation service was fantastic, however, this is now all forgotten. Why, because a company that promotes itself as having such great customer satisfaction is not apparently interested in our problem.
