Lovely place to visit. Staff friendly. Lorna was a lovely guide and very knowledgeable on the alpaca's. Paid for a meet and greet. Walked the alpaca's, fed them carrots supplied by Lorna then was able to take photos and spend a little time with them. Been twice now. Would definitely do again and recommend.
Went with husband and four children aged 15, 14, 10 and 8 for a trek. Had a great time. Our guide was lovely and told us all about the Alpacas we were trekking. Would have been nice to walk a bit further but understand why. The children loved the experience. Limited merchandise in the small store but more available online. Great little certificate at the end that my little ones shared with their classmates. Tickets need to be booked in advance. Emails are answered quickly. Would definitely recommend.
Great feeding the Alpaca's we couldn't go Trekking that day as it was raining and the Alpacas just sit down. So we feed the girls carrots which was lovely, they are so gentle and take the carrots out of your hand. They are so elegant.nSo we were allowed to re book our Alpaca Trek for another time. As you can't predict what the weather will be like.nThe staff are very friendly and helpful and welcoming.nThere is a cafe on site called The Picnic Hut which serves English breakfast and other things like sandwiches cakes and biscuits. It is very reasonable and the food is amazing.nThere is also a souvenir shop selling all the Alpaca items. Keyrings and magnets with all the Alpaca's on, socks made out of their wool, which are really soft.nAlso soaps from a local firm Marsh Soaps are available they are reasonably priced and are all organic amazing fragrances, including coffee and lavender.nWould definitely recommend it to anyone and would definitely visit again.

A great experience, it was a fun outing with the grandchildren. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Feeding the Alpacas was great fun. I would recommend this activity it is suitable for all ages especially if you want to get up close to these gorgeous creatures.
