Been ordering from this takeaway for almost 10 years . Really disappointed tonight, ordered food and in error, I ordered this for collection rather than delivery. As soon as I realised I Called the Takeaway to explain,they Advised they could not deliver the food as they do not deliver to my area....I don't believe this as they have have always delivered to me since living in my new house for the past 2 years I have evidence of this. I then said I would pick the food up, but then realised I could not due to my other half not being home and me having had a few wines at this point. So called the takeaway again and explained I couldn't collect ,said I would not be able to have the food. But would willingly pay as this was my error which I admit! . Was told to reorder online and select the pay by card option to pay for the food, which I have done. But when I've been online again, I can confirm that there IS a delivery option for my area still on the website and it would have let me go through with payment had I selected that. Just feel really annoyed by that. So please fix this from your website , before somebody orders for delivery and has to be turned down by you, because you don't deliver to their area! Really disappointed! Paid for the food due to my error, but have been Lied too about delivery.

Food was almost okay. Chips a little cold when delivered and garlic bread bland. I ordered a chicken parmesan and, being from Middlesbrough, I know what a good parmo is. This is not a parmo whatsoever. No béchemal sauce in between the breaded chicken and cheese. Please have a look at an actual recipe before advertising that you offer chicken parmesans.

Fried Chicken and Chips just doesn't get any better than this. My little one only gets takeaway once a week on a Friday Tea Time and this is get "Go To" place. The team are all friendly and are always happy to accommodate. Thanks Ali and the rest of the crew. See you next Friday!

I've used this place for years but today was worse ever, ordered chips, bolanase & cheese, did not get cheese with it and chips were not cooked fully and was cold. Also ordered large chicken kabab was more like a small. Will not be using again !!! Very disappointed
