The parking is not too big. We were lucky to find a place as we arrived. 10 min walk from the castle. Multiple payment machines which were all functioning when we visited. You need to plan for how long you need to stay as you pay in advance. It took a while to exit in the evening due to traffic jam, but nothing too bad.
I received a parking fine due to a simple mistake: I paid correctly, but in the wrong app—an error that could happen to anyone. Even after I sent all the receipts and clearly explained the situation, the consul showed no understanding or flexibility. They completely ignored that it was an honest mistake and upheld the fine. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of common sense and empathy in their service. The car park is great but Council didn't want to cancel my fine. Be careful when pay. NCP app is not for this car park.
Convenient location with a short walk into the high street, river and park. Prices are fair and easy to start/stop parking with the RingGo app.
Nice car park and very close to the castle! Price was accessible but leaving was painful, we waited around 15 mins.
I use it every time I'm in Windsor with a coach. The one thing I would have to say, and it has nothing to do with the place is that everyone reverses into the bays and this creates a dangerous situation for the passengers as they are getting off in the middle of the road
