We lost our keys, phoned many locksmith and all charged a lot of money. I’m glad I kept trying until I spoke to Bryan, a super gentle and knowledgeable man. He came to the house on a Saturday at lunch time and was an absolute legend! Super positive, calm, friendly, affordable and most importantly a very nice person that genuinely wanted to help. Couldn't be happier with the service from Bryan and his son Chris. Locked myself out this morning and managed to sort everything out really quickly with them. Chris was in and out in about 5 minutes, changed the lock and the price was really reasonable. Definitely recommend them if you ever have a moment like that! Both were lovely to deal with.
Locked myself out answering the main building door on a Monday night and Bryan answered quickly, despite it being an evening call and in Southside. Was very insightful when explaining the lock system I had and the new lock he was putting in. Didn't overcharge, good rates and a great customer service! Would definitely recommend.

I locked myself and I can say from the heart that Bryan is exactly who you want in an emergency. He was calm, professional, understanding, and he made sure we were all safe before talking business. He arrived exactly when he said he would, within an hour of first contact, despite being disturbed at his dinner time on a bank holiday Sunday many others were not even taking calls. I cant recommend Bryan highly enough and now keep his card on my fridge in case any friends have lock trouble in future. Thanks Bryan!

Bryan has sorted us out twice now within 12 months and all, top service both times. Hoping for no more call outs, but if i'm lucky a 3rd time, he'll be getting a call. Nice one.
