Keeping my things in this storage unit was hassle free although I thought the space would be enough it was more than plenty for me. When moving out my property Mr Lith was very helpful in getting me in and finishing of the moving out process while providing detailed explanations
Leigh has been truly amazing.. from the beginning he called and remembered everything i told him in the following conversations, always pleasent and considerate. He even stayed half an hour after closing just to help me. People like Leigh deserve to be promoted because we need more people like this in management positions.
First class. The storage is storage. Clean and dry, not much I can say about it. What makes it stand out is the staff. They have gone above and beyond. I can’t recommend them enough. Friendly and extremely helpful.
Fast and friendly service. Easy to book and the staff were very helpful with the storage guidance. There was no last min surprises of extra charges. All the charges were clearly explained beforehand. Special thanks to the staff Mr L Walsh.
Great guys at safestore, easy and quick to get a unit sorted & super versatile access to the building. Have been back multiple times over the years and would highly recommend to anyone needing a space short or long term.
Spot on service, you couldn't ask for better and at such a good pric, clean, easy to use and really helpful people, they have everything you need to get moved in the little shop too. Paired with robs removals it is a no stress job. Definitely recommend. Will be coming back when needed again
Booked a storage unit after receiving a Section 21 at short notice. Did some online quotes and prices were outstanding compared to others, I had some queries so called up instead and got a bigger unit even cheaper! Very friendly and helpful. Signing up was easy, there was a little confusion about some bits I needed to provide but Derek, the store manager cleared this up in good time for moving day. What's even better, is we ended up arriving quite late in the day, Derek was there to greet us, with only 20 mins left at the end of his day, he showed us where to go, met us at our storage unit and bless his heart sorted it out for us so we didn't need to rush. Thank you so much Safestore, and Derek. You made a very stressful situation a little bit easier to manage.

Would definitely use safestore again, everyone has been so helpful and the unit we were allocated was a perfect size for our stuff. They were even so kind to help us with the padlock as we'd forgotten our keys. Friendly service all round, thank you!
