The worst experience we have ever had with an insurance company. First off our laminate flooring wasnt covered then it was then it wasnt then it was then it wasnt and now it is . Next they have sent so many people to assess the same items time and time again it's a joke. Next the want to take damaged furniture from Kent to Bolton for repair. This would require lorry and two blokes . They would rather spend loads of money messing about than simply paying claim. Next they send engineer for tumble drier call out charge who said it needs a new heater .call out charge again plus cost of heater result costs higher than new dryer. No wonder insurance is so high these days with outfits like this on board... Claim still not sorted and dont have a clue when if it will ever be.. Absolutely useless and if you ever have an insurance claim prepare to fight ..
3 months and still no closer to getting my bike back con merchants racking up 1000s in storage DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR INSURANCE
Such a useless insurance I called and they said go through a broker.
Fails to responds to claims. Poor communication
