Alliance homes is a good housing Association. I rent a property to a different housing Association and believe me Alliance do a great job in comparison. Of course sometimes you are put on hold when things are been looked in to or jobs are raised. Also people who are not sure about responsibility of who does what check your tenancy agreement if your not sure. Of course they can't please everyone.. but think least thry gave home and do alot more than most.

Diabolical customer services. Recently reported several repairs and was kept waiting on the phone for ages; I could have flown to the moon and back!!!!! Staff members are generally rude, with a few exceptions. Very frustrating to deal with.
