I went to get a simple cold and cough medicine and even handed them the actual box to ensure I got the correct one. However, they gave me the wrong medicine and didn’t provide a receipt, even when I asked for it. I didn’t double-check the medicine at the time because I didn’t expect such negligence from a pharmacy.nnThe next day, when I noticed the label, I went back to get it replaced. They refused, citing their policy. Not only that, but they were extremely rude, as if they were ready to start a fight.nnI could’ve argued about consumer rights, but I had a terrible cold and decided it wasn’t worth the effort. I’ll just never go back there again. If anyone does need to visit, make sure they give you the right medicine upfront because they don’t provide receipts, and they’ll be very rude if you try to get a replacement later.
I went for a blood test yesterday. I'm notorious for issues getting a vein and have been to some whereby it's taken 11 attempts to get a vein, which was traumatic for me and the phlebotomist trying too.nHowever, the lady at Allesley got it 1st time no problem.nShe was very kind, chatty and informative. Using a wheelchair I wasn't made to feel a problem at any point as I've had on numerous occasions/reasons .nThe Phlebotomist was amazing, got my vein 1st time, didn't feel it, and when I took my dressing off later, one drop of blood, no bruises or marks.nI'd recommend having your blood test by her 100%. Thankyou very much for being so kind, understanding and gentle. I know where to go next time.
Great blood test service. Accurate when you book through the swiftqueue system and you can just pop in otherwise. Not as with many other farmacies.
Terrible waited all day for my medication to be delivered turned up at nearly 7pm then put the medication down on the path without knocking in the heavy rain - really angry - what is wrong with this generation today .
Finally found the best pharmacy for my blood test ! Always on time and professional staff. Thank you !
