I have always had a generally good experience at Allerton Dental Practice. Often there are delays and I have had cancelled appointments but on the whole the service is good and the dentists are great.
Dentist running behind schedule reception say 20 mins but however the actual time it took was 50mins no apology by the dentist no remose absolute discusting and they don't care however as a patient if u are late by 50mins late u will get refused to be seen so how is that on
Me & my family have been coming to the practice for a very long time. The staff are really kind a helpful, especially Faizah she is so lovely and is such a happy person! Faizah always helps me with booking my appointments in making sure she can work around my busy schedule & writes my appointments down for me as I am very forgetful! My mum absolutely loves Faizah!! Whenever I’m not with my mum faizah really looks after her by making sure her appointmens are booked in. Our dentist is Elena she’s really nice always takes care of me and my family. We have had a really bad experience with some dentist’s over the past years but since we moved over to the Allerton practice we couldn’t be more happier! Elena always gives the best advice on what treatment is worth getting and what I would benefit from. ThankYou guys we really appreciate it
Love this dentist, always friendly, always able to see you if you have pain. My daughter fell and chipped her front tooth at 3pm, emergency appointment an hour later and all fixed. They made a very upset girl feel so calm and cared for. I can’t thank them enough.
Amazing practice! Very thorough and I felt like I was in capable hands…receptionists and nurses were all very helpful and even though it is obviously a very busy practice I didn’t feel rushed. My dentist did 2 root canal treatments and crowns too so I’m so happy that I got to save my teeth!! She also did some separate private work which was scheduled for a Saturday so I was pleased with a weekend appointment for this! Couldn’t recommend more highly
Staff very polite and welcoming. I've always hated visiting the dentist but after seeing the dentist Sophia I feel relieved no longer being in pain which I suffered from for a long time. Thank you for all your time and efforts
Humanity is not there priority!! I was registered with Allerton dental Practice. When I have problem and I rang them and after getting details. They said you are no longer registered with us. We remove you from our register. Now you need to ring NHS. They are only after money. They have nothing to do with humanity. Every six month you have to book an appointment with them and pay them if you want to stay on their register. Absolutely rubbish
As a child I would dread going to the dentist but all vanished when I came to Allerton, staff are really welcoming. My dentist Dana is amazing she did my treatment for a crown & checked up on me made sure that I was okay throughout the treatment. Always goes the extra mile for her patients ensuring they receive the best treatment! 10/10 care from the team at Allerton thankyou for all that you do!
Our dentist is amazing. The care and attention to providing very good dental treatment clearly means a lot to them. Brilliant with children too and always removes their nervousness about check ups and treatment
Amazing practice, reception staff are very welcoming and well mannered. My dentist always goes above and beyond. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend. 10/10
