Had a great night dancing and listening to the band. Good bar selling 'Doom Bar'
Friday farmers market. Big carpark round the back. Home made cakes, eggs, honey, cards and much more inside in 2 halls. Outside there's fruit, veg, cheese, fish and household products. Loads to see.
Fantastic community centre. Beautifully maintained. Wimborne is so lucky to have this resource. I went to see a show but there's a plethora of different groups, workshops and events hosted there. Cafe, bar, carpark and tables outside by the river. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Unfortunately, one member of the bar staff was inattentive, unhelpful, and came across as quite controlling toward both staff and guests. I was appalled by her behaviour, do not ask the lady with black hair anything! Their attitude significantly impacted our experience. The band and other staff were impeccable, I cannot believe a person that vile is allowed to staff such a happy event.
Visited the antiques fair. The community centre, the cafe are very nice. The people were very friendly and helpful. The antiques fair was well laid out with plenty of stalls. The stall holders were helpful. Even I managed to part with some cash a rare experience in deed. Thank you, we all enjoyed our visit. The car park could do with some disabled bays closer to the pay points.
