There appears to be a troll. The bad review seemingly posted by myself was in fact not. 
I have nothing bad to say about Allens Yard, despite only being a tenant for a short while, everyone was friendly, courteous and professional.
Terry has always been helpful and helped us overcome issues with the local council, despite leaving the premises over a year ago we are still in contact and maintain a good friendship.

Allen’s Yard or rather Terry Allen himself is quite possibly one of the worst Landlords I have come across. He persistently harasses users of the yard over fairly trivial matters like access and parking, for example (which is very limited). Whilst upon first impressions he can seem quite professional. He is very much a ‘power hungry man’ and can be outright abusive at times. He alienated many of our customers who came to visit us and parked in the wrong area. I would not recommend this place at all. You can do much better by going elsewhere. Steer well clear – you have been warned!

I first met Terry Allen in 2011, I was looking for a place for a startup business, he was very welcoming and really helped me with all my business needs, he couldn't t be more helpful, I have known Terry for years now and have started a second business once again he has been very helpful, he really tries to help small businesses, and he is a great landlord , I would recommend him to anyone looking for a business premise

Allens Yard is a great local complex for starting a small to medium business or ideal for a exisiting local business. The Owners run a very helpful team who ar always on hand. The bsuiness location is easy acess just off the A27 between Chichester and fontwell and ideal for Chichester, Bognor, Ariundel and Littlehampton and surrounding areas.
I started my business here called Spa Box Uk ltd and its has proved to be perfect site.
There is also additonal storage is you find yourself growing as a business
