I have been using Allen Computer Services for a number of years, both as a business and private customer. Their service has been terrific at all levels. Most importantly, there is no problem too small and one can be assured of a swift response to any and all messages and requests. For office visits, the kettle is always on! Sports fans welcome... I can recommend to anyone, from expert gamer to technical Luddite...

I have been a customer of Allen Computer Services since 2013, perhaps longer, and I can most certainly recommend their services, be it a home visit or remote on-line access.  Always responsive to panic calls (!) there has been nothing that they have not been able to fix right away or propose a way forward. They are courteous  on the phone and certainly most professional and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We're domestic not business users of Allen's services since 2013, but I'm very keen on having professional IT support rather than attempting DIY, and they have not disappointed!  Rather the opposite.  Our problem before 2013 was that IT support people locally just came and went quite quickly, whereas Allen's hopefully are here for the longer-term and well set-up.  I have always found Andy and Tom very helpful, prompt, supplying equipment, doing what needs to be done without going for more or skipping aspects, and at a reasonable price appropriate to the professional and quality service they provide.

I have been a customer for many years and find the service to be excellent!
As a techno-phobe the Telephone and Remote Service has been invaluable to me with a friendly, efficient and prompt response.
In addition, transferring all info from my old computer was a life saver!
