I had a terrible experience at this workshop. My Mercedez Benz B class was showing a message on the dashboard (transmission Consult workshop). I took my car there and met a guy called Faraz who told me my gear box needed servicing and collected £330 from me. At the end of the day he could not fix the problem and every other workshop I took my car to said it was a common problem and he should be able to fix it. Despite the fact that he was unable to fix the problem, he refused to refund my money and asked me to bring the car back for an ECU repair. I decided not to take my car back and took it somewhere else where they told me it wasn't ECU but Gearbox Valve. Apart from the fact that this workshop defrauded me of my hard earned money, they clearly show me their incompetence as well. I will never recommend this place to my worst enemy.
