We have used Allan Morris on a couple of occasions now and I couldn’t recommend them enough. From the outset the whole team were professional, courteous and very thorough and patient. They did their utmost to make the whole experience of moving as stress free as possible , the staff are all wonderful and do an amazing job, they helped us every step of the way and went above and beyond what we would expect. Thanks to all the staff who helped us buy our lovely home.
From the outset, Helen came and visited and was great in the advice, support and timeframes we were looking for. Once on the market, we sold in less than a week which was just incredible! Having bought a house from Allan Morris Worcester 3 years and being very impressed, I had no hesitation in using them with the recent sale of my mum’s property. Despite having to deal with a glacial probate process, Allan Morris were incredibly patient, professional and diligent. I am often cynical about award-winning companies but they really do deserve this accolade. All the staff from top to bottom are really friendly, straight-talking and trustworthy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Helen and her team to anyone wanting to sell their house.
Allan Morris Worcester Paul Jones introduced a potential buyer to my Mum then worked with her and latterly with me over nearly a year to sell the property. Despite many stumbling blocks along the way Paul persevered, remaining calm and helpful at all times.
