wouldn't go anywhere else, always get an excellent experience whether for hair or beauty from the team. Thoroughly recommend them as they even did both of my daughters wedding hair and makeup. Chelsea is the person who does my hair and I know she will always offer sound advice - Louise the owner is always helpful and offering new services and products to clients

I’ve been using this service for about 9 months now and can quite honestly say it’s the best by far. The salon itself is just beautiful it has a very high-end feel, and the staff are all lovely. Courteous and attentive, I am always made to feel welcome and offered a drink as soon as I sit down. The ambience here is peaceful which is surprising as it’s always busy. So far I’ve only used the beauty side because I have a regular hair stylist, but I have to say the more I see the more tempted I am to change to Alla Moda. Lucy is my usual therapist though I have been looked after by Hayley a couple of times. Both of these ladies are brilliant at what they do. The treatment rooms are cosy and elegant, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The range of services on offer is extensive, with serious, high-tech procedures sitting alongside more traditional beauty therapies. All in all, an excellent place to visit both for the necessaries and the more pampering treatments. I highly recommend this salon and would suggest anyone who is need of a little ‘me-time’ to try it for themselves.

I’ve been going here since it opened and I always get 5 star treatment . Great girls, lovely atmosphere , immaculate Salon , I can recommend all of them , Lucy did my nails yesterday lovely , great wash and head massage by Erin , great colour and cut by Louise and lovely blow dry / straightened and finish by Ellen xxx thanks again girls xxxx

If I could put zero stars I would. After spending £117.00 on a red baliage colour that faded to orange on the first wash (three days after my appointment) I also had a second colour (dark brown) that was only put on the front of my hair, leaving grey hair uncoloured at the back. I'd showed a picture of how I wanted it styled and stylist Helen made me look as if I was going to Ken and Barbies wedding... It was awful. Then to top it all I was advised to buy Olaplex that they said wasn't available anywhere else but from them to maintain the hair condition. This was an extra £32.50 but it was a treat so I bought a bottle, only to find out it is £10.00 cheaper on Amazon. Today I complained and salon manager Louise who said the colour was bound to fade and the style looked lovely to her!!! No re colour or refund was offered at all. I would NOT recommend this salon and my daughters and I will definitely NOT be returning. BE WARNED.... Colouring and customer service for people paying for treatments in good faith is appalling.

Been coming here for a few years now and can honestly say it is the best hair salon by far! Louise and her staff are 100%. I never leave disappointed and would highly recommend.
