I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you Alex in All Time Locksmith, who within a day of me going in with a car key issue, was able to offer me the best advice for my problem instead of charging me through the roof for a whole new key fob. I went back today, I simply waited 15 minutes and I was sorted, good as new! 10/10 for customer service, friendliness, price, location and parking right outside. Thank you Alex!!

I had a smart lock which went wrong within the year’s guarantee period. The shop sent out the replacement lock a few days later. The delivery company came when I wasn’t there, so the lock got sent back. When I spoke to the company they were very accommodating and used another company to send the lock out again. This time the lock was delivered the next day. So the company did go out of their way to get things sorted out. Much appreciated.

Excellent service friendly staff. Highly recommended. From a simple key cut to the occasional lock outside of your house I highly recommend them. The best thing about them is that they have a fair amount of stock on locks and not only which  takes any headache away if you ever need a replacement part

AVOID, AVOID or you'll regret it Absolute liars over the phone. A quote of c£100 turned into c£350 with lock at almost quintrupled retail price and a sting of hourly charge on top of callout quoted. Unpleasant attitude of workman. As identified on Trustpilot, it operates under several names to deceive and bypass these bad reviews. Should be reported to Trading Standards

I ordered some keys from Keys4U Locksmith. The keys were sent in a letter envelope which broke during transport meaning one third of the keys were missing. I contacted the company straight away and kept doing so for a month. I called, emailed, sent whatsapp messages, left voicemails... I have yet not received an amicable solution to the issue. I have used another company to change the lock as Keys4U Locksmith did not help me in this regard either. The customer service of Keys4U Locksmith stops responding once they have taken your money. I do not recommend this company.

We managed to lock ourselves out of the house on Christmas Day, with a toddler and a newborn. They answered the phone quickly & we had a technician with us within 20 minutes. Back inside shortly afterward. Safe to say they saved Christmas! Highly recommend them
