I've been training with Steve once a week for the last few months. I was feeling really unfit after the pandemic and was having trouble with my knee. I lacked motivation and the desire to join a gym. Steve is very knowledgeable and has many years experience. He has shown me exercises that have made a big difference to both my fitness level, strength and the trouble I was having with my knee which is a lot better. He's never pushed me more than I can manage but having his encouragement has been great and was exactly what I needed. I like the option he gives of switching up the routine to do something different like kickboxing which ive always enjoyed or whatever I want to work on, he tailors the session to fit.
I’ve been training with Steve for 3 months and the experience has been fantastic. Training 3 to 4 times per week, Steve makes each session engaging, varied and fun. For each session, Steve is 100% engaged with you, listening and adapting what you are doing for your specific goals. My 11 year old son has started training with me for some sessions and his experience in working with juniors shines through. My son is loving the training and looks forward to each session. Whatever your fitness / training goals I would whole heartily recommend All In One Fitness

My children have weekly sessions with Steve and they absolutely love it. He makes it fun for them while learning they self defence which has improving their confidence. Steve is very friendly and approachable with a good sense of humour. I would highly recommend All in one personal training to all ages

I started training with Steve at the start of the summer, after getting stuck in a rut with my running / gym routine. I wish I had started sooner! I’ve learned so many new exercises and techniques, which are far more effective than anything I’ve done before. I noticed results within a couple of weeks! I was a bit daunted by one-on-one training, but Steve always makes me feel comfortable and the classes are all varied and catered to my own needs. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a shake up to their normal routine!
Steve is an amazing PT, he helped me to lose 6 and a half stone in 7 months. Always mixing up exercises, between kickboxing, circuits and toning, including having a great diet plan to follow. Never felt like I didn't want to attend a session,. Now I have also been graded by him in kickboxing and currently have my 3rd orange belt. Steve is an amazing trainer and really puts you through your paces to achieve your desired goal. His training sessions are also fantastically priced. Steve is always encouraging, enthusiastic and creative. Every training session is different and never boring. He is very knowledgable on fitness and diet and incorporates all techniques including kickboxing and weights. He will push you to do your personal best and although it can be tough, I look forward to every session. Highly recommended!
As a 50+ year old who has exercised all his life, I have picked up niggling injuries that normal gym usage could not get rid of. Steve has shown me exercises and techniques that I have never see before to kill those niggles and get me back to pre-pandemic level of fitness. Can’t speak highly enough of Steve, he’s a brilliant trainer
