Photo on the right are flowers ordered, photo on the left what actually arrived. Shameful service and refusal to either refund or replace. Clearly inadequate definitely matter for trading standards. Can't believe their response to the complaint was a moan about how little they actually get financially from on line orders with advice the purchaser needs to complain to the online venders but wouldn't get their money back.... Why is it the online venders problem.....ALL FlOWERS sent them... Maybe they were having a bad day... But do the right thing and replace or refund. I will never buy from here as I no longer trust them. I urge all potential customers to think carefully, flowers are usually for a special occasion.. Don't risk it being spoiled by flowers from All Flowers as this occasion was. SHAMEFUL. The 1 star is for turning up on the day.

Ordered online flowers for Mother's Day & they were very sorry looking flowers that turned up. Not very impressed as they weren't cheap, wouldn't use again
